We want you to feel confident finding your fit. Noorish London offers free returns on UK orders, including change-of-mind and sizing returns.
Requesting a return
Contact us at hello@noorishlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions. You will then have a further 14 days to send your items back.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as it may not be accepted or processed correctly.
Return condition
You are welcome to try items on as you would in a shop. Please return items clean, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging wherever possible. If handling beyond what is necessary to inspect or try on an item has reduced its value, we may reduce the refund where legally permitted.
Sale items
Sale items may be returned under the same rules as full-price items. Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee exchanges because stock may be limited. If you need another size or colour, contact us. If the requested exchange is unavailable, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly at hello@noorishlondon.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence of return.
If you cancel your entire order within the applicable cancellation period, we will also refund the standard delivery charge originally paid. If you selected an enhanced delivery service such as express delivery, the additional amount above our standard delivery charge is not refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
