Shipping policy
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.95, normally 3–5 business days.
- Free standard delivery: available when the order value is £75 or more after discounts.
- Express delivery: £6.95, normally 1–2 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once an order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Order updates
We will send order and dispatch updates to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Delays
Occasionally a carrier or an event outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you where practicable. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
Incorrect, damaged or missing deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be missing an item, contact hello@noorishlondon.com as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photographs where available.
